WINZ Clients and Applicants with Low Credit Scores
We understand that not everyone meets standard lending criteria. For clients whose only income is from a WINZ benefit, or for those with a below-average credit score, there are two options available to help support your finance application:
Option 1
You can apply with a guarantor who is employed full-time and has a minimum credit score of 600.
Option 2
You can apply with one or more co-borrowers (up to three people in total). Ideally, at least one applicant should be working full-time to strengthen the application.

What are my payment options for buying a cabin?
You can choose from three flexible payment options: rent to own, cash sale, or short/long-term rental.
Rent to own is ideal if you want to move in now and pay over time with weekly payments.
Cash sale is best if you’re ready to purchase the cabin outright with no ongoing payments.
We also offer rental options if you don’t want to own the cabin. Our team will help you choose the best option for your situation.
Can I customise the design of my cabin before buying?
Yes, you can customise your cabin if it hasn’t been built yet. You can choose the size, layout, and extras like bunk beds, wardrobes, kitchenettes, and ensuites.
We also offer optional upgrades such as French doors, heat pumps, and extra power points. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll work with you to bring your ideas to life. Customisation is available for both sleepout and self-contained cabins.
How long does it take to get my cabin delivered?
Delivery time depends on availability and the type of cabin you choose. Standard models may be ready for delivery within a few weeks. Custom cabins may take a bit longer depending on the design and finishings.
We deliver North Island-wide and will confirm the timeline once your order is approved. Our team handles the full process, including transport and on-site setup.
