Yes. The Self-Contained Cabin is fully plumbed and designed to connect to your existing mains water supply and wastewater system. If your property uses a tank or septic setup, we can advise on compatibility.
You’ll need clear access for a truck and HIAB crane. The site must be level and prepared before delivery. If you’re unsure whether access is suitable, we can arrange a site check.
In most cases, yes. Because the cabin includes plumbing and is over 10m², council consent is typically required depending on your intended use and local regulations. We recommend checking with your local council before ordering.
The cabin is delivered fully constructed. There’s no kitset assembly required. Once on site, it’s positioned with a HIAB truck crane. You’ll need to arrange utility connections for power and water.
