WINZ Clients and Applicants with Low Credit Scores
We understand that not everyone meets standard lending criteria. For clients whose only income is from a WINZ benefit, or for those with a below-average credit score, there are two options available to help support your finance application:
Option 1
You can apply with a guarantor who is employed full-time and has a minimum credit score of 600.
Option 2
You can apply with one or more co-borrowers (up to three people in total). Ideally, at least one applicant should be working full-time to strengthen the application.

Cash Sale prices are ex-factory and do not include delivery. Delivery starts from $1,150 and may increase based on your distance from Franklin and the size of the cabin. Contact us for an estimate.
The minimum deposit for rent to own agreements is one week’s rent in advance. For WINZ-approved clients, no deposit is required.
The loan establishment fee for rent to own financing is $450. This can be paid upfront or included in your total loan amount.
Weekly payments vary depending on the unit size, total purchase price, and repayment term.
Our standard interest rate ranges from 10–12% p.a. fixed for the full loan term.
Financing is offered through Gilrose Finance. All rent to own applications are subject to credit and lending criteria.
