WINZ Clients and Applicants with Low Credit Scores
We understand that not everyone meets standard lending criteria. For clients whose only income is from a WINZ benefit, or for those with a below-average credit score, there are two options available to help support your finance application:
Option 1
You can apply with a guarantor who is employed full-time and has a minimum credit score of 600.
Option 2
You can apply with one or more co-borrowers (up to three people in total). Ideally, at least one applicant should be working full-time to strengthen the application.

Yes, you can purchase a cabin outright with a one-time payment and own it immediately. This option lets you avoid ongoing payments and secure your cabin without financing. Once payment is made, we handle the construction, delivery, and setup, so you get a ready-to-use cabin with no delays.
If you prefer a flexible payment plan, we offer a range of options including rent-to-own with weekly payments leading to ownership, or short- and long-term rentals for those who don’t need to buy. No matter your situation, we have a payment option that works for you.
How much does delivery cost, and where do you deliver?
Delivery costs vary based on location, accessibility, and setup requirements. We deliver North Island-wide, including cities, rural properties, and remote areas.
Before confirming your order, we’ll provide a clear delivery quote based on your address. If your site requires foundation work, site leveling, or utility connections, we can discuss the necessary setup and costs.
We manage the entire process, from construction to transport and placement, ensuring your cabin is delivered safely and ready to use. Our goal is to make delivery affordable, efficient, and hassle-free.
Do I need to pay a deposit to get a cabin?
For WINZ-approved applicants, there is no deposit paid, making it easier to move forward. If you choose a buy option or go through rent-to-own, a standard deposit paid applies. We’ll discuss your payment options and help you choose the best solution for your budget.

How long does it take to complete construction and delivery?
For pre-built cabins, delivery typically takes 2 to 4 weeks, depending on your location. If your site is in a remote area or requires additional setup, delivery may take slightly longer.
For custom-built cabins, construction usually takes 6 to 10 weeks, depending on the design, materials, and workload. Once your cabin is complete, we coordinate transport and placement, which typically adds 1 to 2 weeks for scheduling and setup.
